Will WILL TIF ET TONDU Dupuis Original illustration for the title pages albums from 1984. Signed. India ink on paper 47.4 × 36.5 cm (18.66 × 14.37 in.) Iconic cover sheet for the albums, featuring the main protagonists of the series, scattered around the letters of the characters' names written in beautiful Egyptian script: Tif, Tondu, Inspector Fixchusset, the blonde Countess Amélie d'Yeu, known as Kiki, the two adventurous detectives' main friend, and of course Choc, who dominates the whole team as if pulling its strings. All look to the reader. In this kind of exercise, Will the graphic artist joins the cartoonist in the same movement of elegance and simplicity.
