An iconic image if ever there was one: the Marsupilami family in the famous nest Franquin created for them in 1956. In this adventure, Seccotine presents a documentary on an extraordinary character: an oviparous mammal with Herculean strength that lives in the deep jungles of Palombia. It's a variation on the original cover designed for the album. But unlike Franquin, who drew the male of the couple on the lookout to protect his family, Batem - appointed by Franquin to continue the series - here draws the reunited couple, accompanied by their young, enjoying a simple moment of happiness.
