This is a plate from the end of the album Des haricots partout
which, being the last, is the most successful of all. In all immodesty, I think it's not bad, and I say to myself as I look at it
that if I hadn't decided to stop drawing Spirou,
I'd surely have continued to make good progress.
But let's have no regrets.
