In this key plate of the triptych, colored by the artist's wife, Petra, Marshal Blueberry, who has been the victim of attack after attack since the beginning of the album, seems to be definitively "out of action" this time. The scene is spectacular: William Vance, between precise line drawing and sketching, achieves a beautiful inking that perfectly outlines the shapes.
